I provide online (telehealth) therapy for adults in California and Wisconsin who are struggling with medically unexplained symptoms (MUS), also known as stress-related physical symptoms or mind-body symptoms. I commonly work with concerns such as chronic pain, IBS and other gastrointestinal issues, fatigue, headaches, dizziness, and other persistent physical symptoms without a clear medical diagnosis.
My services use TEAM-CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) to help you understand the mind-body connection, reduce symptoms, and improve daily functioning.

Getting started is simple. You can email me directly or click the “Book Your Free 15-minute Consult” button to request a free 15-minute consultation. During this call, we’ll briefly discuss what you’re experiencing, what you’re looking for in therapy, and whether my approach is a good fit for you.
If we decide to move forward, we’ll schedule your first appointment and I’ll guide you through the next steps.

I specialize in medically unexplained symptoms (MUS), also known as stress-related or mind-body symptoms—an area that many therapists don’t focus on directly. This means I understand how real and disruptive these symptoms can be, even when medical tests don’t provide clear answers.
I use TEAM-CBT, a structured and highly effective approach that goes beyond traditional talk therapy by focusing on measurable change and practical tools you can use right away.
If you’ve felt stuck, dismissed, or like nothing has fully helped, my goal is to offer a clear, targeted approach that helps you make meaningful progress.
